The Trusted Advocate is outstanding, it really works!

The Trusted Advocate: Accelerate Success with Authenticity and Integrity is an incredible book. It is hard to put down, but each chapter is so powerful that it really makes you stop to think. The short stories are great! I can relate to so many of the stories, and they really help to convey the ideas in the book. Even though it claims to be a business book, it is really a book about how to change your life and the way that you treat customers. The result for me has been increased sales and success, just like to book states, but the bigger change is my own perception of satisfaction and personal accomplishment. This should be required reading for business and universities. I also found a Trusted Advocate Network on LinkedIn, and immediately joined to connect with other trusted advocates.
